Where do we deliver?
We ship to France and Europe (including Switzerland and the United Kingdom).
How do we ship?
We deliver to mainland France and Europe to your home via Colissimo and to pick-up points with Mondial Relay.
How do deliveries work during the summer?
Due to the rise in temperatures, during the summer (a period that can last from mid-June to August), deliveries are suspended.
What is the preparation and shipping time for my order?
The preparation and shipping time for orders is 2 to 4 days.
During peak periods (Christmas), or in case of stock shortages, the order preparation time and shipping times may be extended.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free in France for orders over €100: delivery to a pick-up point with Mondial Relay.
Shipping is free for certain European countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Poland) for orders over €180: delivery to a pick-up point with Mondial Relay; €6 for Germany and Austria, and €15 for other EU countries.
You can choose from 2 or 3 delivery options, with varying costs and delivery times:

How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you and providing the tracking number of the carrier. For shipments via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, you will also receive an email from the carrier delivering your order, including the tracking number.
How do returns and refunds work?
The 7-day withdrawal period does not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable or food products, such as the goods sold on the website www.inkao.fr.
However, a modification or cancellation may be made if the order has not yet left our workshop. If the cancellation request is approved, the customer will be refunded the full amount of their order.
Any request for modification or cancellation must be sent by email to contact@inkao.fr to be considered.
If the order has already been handed over to the carrier, no modification or cancellation will be possible, and the order amount will not be refunded.
